This FAN28R receiver works for most 110V 3-speed AC ceiling fans, compatible with brands such as Hampton Bay, Harbor Breeze, Hunter, and Honeywell. The light dimmer of this receiver is compatible with incandescent light bulbs and some dimmable LED lamps, though most LED lights and all CFL lights are non-dimmable, with the light dimmer only supporting the ON/OFF function in those cases, which may cause flickering when using the dimming function.

It is not compatible with Reverse version remotes.

There are two ways to pair your new COREBAY ceiling fan receiver with the remote: 1) Match DIP settings from your old receiver to your new receiver, or 2) Find the DIP settings on the remote to match them with your receiver. Installing the receiver in the ceiling fan requires disconnecting power and ensuring the electrical wiring meets all local and national electrical code requirements. The unit has 16 different code combinations, with the default setting of 0000 not recommended. After installation, simply install a 9V battery (Not included) in the remote (Not included) to control your fan.
