Setting up the remote control is easy. You need to set the same matches dip switch on the transmitter and receiver, with 16 different frequencies available. The default setting of 0000 is not recommended. The remote control uses a 9V battery, which is not included in the package.

The receiver wires are labeled, and the wires all have the correct color codes. You can connect the ceiling fan and light according to the wiring label of the receiver.

Please note that this ceiling fan remote does not have a Reverse button, but it's suitable for ceiling fans with a reverse switch. It works well with the fans in the reverse state.

If your ceiling fan has a pull cord switch, you should use the pull cord switch to turn the wind speed to maximum and turn the fan light on before using the remote control. Only in this way can the pull cord switch and remote control be used together.

The ceiling fan remote control replacement includes a remote control, receiver, wall mount bracket, user guide, wire nuts, screws, and drywall anchors. The remote control uses a 9V battery, which is not included.
